My brother's Cardassian Neck Trick. He's planning out a Gul Dukat costume for Icon (he's built right for it - tall, thin, long neck, straight black hair), presumably with a more sophisticated approach to neck ridges than just making that face all day. And since I found out I can get purple one-use contacts for less than $20, I may go along as Weyoun.
