Gaah! What? I... why? I'm not certain it's good enough research, and was just for my personal purposes (in case I ever earn any of those titles).

I worry how people will react to them, actually; most people translate Rí/Rígan as "King/Queen," and I expect a whole bunch of people will get their panties in a bunch. Unfortunately I've just packed all my Irish History/Law books away, and won't have them for a few months to properly research this myself.

What would be the process of such a submission, anyway?

Because many of the titles on the official alternate titles list aren't very carefully researched, so if you can offer something more authentic, it's kind to share

Can you identify a medieval spelling (rather than modern Irish)? I'd have to look a bit more, but I'm working off of the DIL (the Irish version of the OED) and Thurneysen (the foremost authority on old Irish), and at least one (ritre) is definitely the older spelling.

Were your suggested titles used with names, or are they more like identifiers of rank? I know they were the names of ranks, but I'm not certain how they were used at present (like I said, insufficiently researched).

Is it fair to prevent anyone who does not have this rank from using this term (for instance, do you want to make it impossible for a non-knight to register Ritire)? For most of them, yes, they'd be appropriate. For Ritre that's a bit more difficult, as the Irish didn't have a "knight" class, and the word literally means "horseman" (in the soldier sense), but since "Caballero" means about the same thing, literally, and Ridire is already on that list...
