I feel like I was out most nights this week and yet I can't for the life of me remember anything I did!  The highlight was seeing Ingrid Michaelson at Monto Water Rats in King's Cross.  I had two tickets and wound up taking Francisca, my oldest friend from Playcentre days.  Just a teeny little venue with a bar in the front that fits about 200 or so ( Read more... )

Last week, our intern Danna left to go back to Missouri, from whence she came.  To send her off in true English style, we organised her a cream tea, with scones and sandwiches and Jaffa Cakes and ginger beer and all sorts of Englishness.
