On my birthday I had a cholesterol blood test and last night - after two reminders from the surgery - I went to learn the results.

My "bad" cholesterol is a bit high but the ratio between the total cholesterol and the "good" cholesterol was good.

Today I met my doctor for the first time.
I arranged to work from home and managed to get an appointment when I rang up at 8 am, as instructed.

My appointment was at 9:50 am but it was another 20 minutes before I was summoned to the consultation room (I was lucky: Adrian told me that once that he had to wait for 90 minutes)
