When we were in Sitges in September, some sand got in my Panasonic Lumix compact camera. The lenses and shutter stopped working. (Yes, it was sand and not pubic hair! Lol)

I took my camera out of my bag to take a picture of some beautiful God rays (crepuscular rays) shining over London.

I switched on my Panasonic DMC-TZ5, touched the zoom button and it immediately turned itself off.
I charged the battery last night, so I can only surmise that it is broken!
