I am no ornithologist but I really like having birds in the garden. I even forgive them for waking me up with the dawn chorus at around 4 am, now that we keep the bedroom window open.

I haven't see robins for a while now, but there is a lovely groups of dunnocks which remind me of hyper-active children because they are so lively, noisy and never ( Read more... )

And now a few pictures of animals, mainly birds, taken around Florida (some in the Everglades, some on the Sunshine Skywalk bridge, a couple in Miami Beach and of course a picture of a beautiful Key West cock - outside a leather shop! Chicken and cocks roam freely on the streets of Key West).
