The
BBC News website shows the most read and the most e-mailed stories on the website.
"Actress Nicole Kidman is pregnant" is the second most read and the fifth most e-mailed story.
I can understand it making the most read list but I'm surprised/horrified/flabbergasted that people would think that it is a piece of news that deserves to be e-mailed to their friends.
Thanks to the game of Trivial Pursuit we played on Saturday, I learned that she has dual Australian and American citizenship.
I always thought that it was not allowed to Americans to be citizens of another country (and vice-versa), but I was wrong.
(Another celebrity example is Arnold Schwarzenegger who - according to Wikipedia - "has retained his Austrian citizenship during his service as a Governor of California").
The rules/laws seem to be rather complex!
