Cold!
Last night the temperature dropped all of a sudden and this morning it was a very chilly 11 C in the bedroom!!
And this is going to be pretty much the norm for all winter as there's no central heating upstairs and the windows have single glazing (and cannot be changed because it's conservation area - plus we wouldn't have the money anyway).
We survived one and a half winters here and so no reason why we shouldn't survive another one. But it just makes it so much harder to get up in the morning.
Looking on the bright side, cold preserves, and it's good news for my 40th birthday in Feb! LOL!
