It's coming up to 7 am and after another restless night (I slept for about 3 hours), I'm not feeling very bright.

Thank you, Mark. I'm on antibiotics now, and then root canal next week. Ouch!

My root canal and crown this year cost me about $3000 dollars when all was said and done. Hope the procedure gets taken care of and the pain goes away!

I'm fortunate in one area....teeth. I've had four small cavities my whole life. I actually like going to the dentist for the semi-annual teeth cleaning.

In all seriousness, hope it gets better soon. In the meantime, may you be prescribed most excellent drugs...

I do hope you're not using the dreadful practice in Green Lane? And get well soon, obv. Tooth pain is one of the worst - valium will help get you through the night and dentists will usually hand this out if you ask. You have my sympathy.
