YMCA
After work this evening I went to the Central YMCA for the spinning class.
Roger - the instructor - is such a laugh and makes the 45 minutes quite enjoyable.
Later, in the busy communal showers I realised that everybody there was gay! (of course, I cannot be totally certain but I trust my gaydar).
It's always been rather a good gym (and not only for that reason) but getting a 100% mark doesn't happen every day.
And there were some very handsome bears too!
The work-out did wonders for my stress!
