Wednesday already !! ....and Italian class looms ahead this evening !!
My weekend in Leeds for the Mother's Day weekend went very well, though london1967 was sorely missed !! He worked long hours the whole weekend. My mother was in good form and enjoyed herself, and we were joined on Sunday by my sister, partner and my two nephews for lunch at The White Hart, followed by an afternoon of chat and cake at home with mother. On Saturday mum and I drove through the Dales to Masham and enjoyed spring-like weather, including 10 minutes of hail while we were looking around the market in the town square... it soon cleared up...we then finished to afternoon with a short thunder storm as we got near home.
Cat theme continued ! LOL - my mother's cat, Henry......
and tongue out for the camera !
and my sister's dog, Mabel
and as all the "Mother's Day" flowers seemed to be in shades of pink, I found something a bit different......
