regionals round-up
So, out of four Florida Regionals Hairspray has taken three platinum and one high gold. Beat It, which has only participated in the last two Regionals took a high gold and a platinum.
Next up is the annual "spring" recital June 20&21 (I think) and then Nationals in July. Gwen (all the petites and minis actually) won't be heading for the big one (StarPower) in Ocean City, MD, she will however, be doing Hall of Fame in Orlando. Woot. No irritating long distance travel for me and the urchin, especially since this all happens right around the same time as Shore Leave. I AM NOT missing Shore Leave. It's my yearly escape from the world of responsibility and direly needed after the last six months of hell and unhappiness.
