Yet another 'Harry too close to the surface' screw up...there's been too many of those in this chapter alone, Harry better be *extra* careful. I love how Draco and Harry's thoughts parallel each other. First their agreement about that the sex was great (only 'pleasant' Draco? - someone's still a bit peeved their partner isn't quite so smitten) but too dangerous to repeat. And then there's their assessment on their situation - it's really kind of funny how they agree without knowing each other's thoughts

Well, to be fair, I think the only big one in this chapter is Harry letting his temper get the better of them. After that, he vanishes into Brian
( ... )
Whoa, Draco bought Brian a ring? Isn't there something somewhere that sigals a ring means something? Well, doah, of course it does! Draco and Brian have been dating for a while and it is a gift from a long-term lover to another! Well, well, well, what would Papa and Mama Malfoy make of such a fancy bauble on a man they would rather be a woman? Hehe.
This is getting deeper and deeper for Harry! He was looking at a tray of emeralds, when of course his eyes are green, and Brian's are blue. Oh yeah, Harry is slipping a wee bit. Smarten up laddie!
There definitely is no same-sex marriage in this world, but yes, Draco's parents will be upset once they notice the ring (and hear about Draco buying it so publicly).
To be honest, if Harry screwed up with the emeralds, it was an unconscious thing. He was just looking for a distraction from Draco.
