Not nearly as well organized as Corny's! This is a list of files on Starscream's computers and elsewhere. If your character is good at hacking and has physical access to Starscream's computers, they can totally get to these files, but PLEASE let me know in advance if you want to look at these! Nothing's been implemented yet, this is just stuff he's thinking about.

>RANDOM IDEAS FOR STARWAVE
this is just a collection of projects that StarWave could undertake to get more revenue. At the top of the list is project Sizechange - a project to make a bunch of devices that take advantage of Cybertronian size-changing tech to make them REALLY tiny. Like, desktop computers that fold up into the size of an i-Pod. The kicker? All of them will require stabilized crystal Energon batteries... something ONLY Cybertronians know how to synthesize. Which means, in turn, that StarWave will have a nice monopoly on the “batteries” required for these suckers.
There's also a LOT of ideas for the military, mostly weapons that don't look like weapons - long-range spy drones that look like birds and fold up to fit in your pocket, bomb detectors that look like dogs but are, in fact, robots; and, of course, various bombs and guns, and even tanks that can transform into very ordinary devices indeed. His personal favourite is the mini-tank that turns into a toaster. He's not sure why.

> CONQUER MARS
Step 1: Access Decepticon and Autobot resources for creation of space bridge. Enlist help of Vector Prime...? Also utilize coalition resources (Norman Osborn, Dr. Horrible, etc?), look outside Coalition as well (Tony Stark?) Offer size-changing technology + other resources in exchange for help in space bridge development
Step 2: Once plans for viable space bridge are drawn up, contact NASA, US Government, Russian Government, pitch idea, ask for funding + access to resources, personnel, space. State that this should be a collaboration between multiple races + universes for the furtherment of mankind or some other Autobot scrap to get them on our side. Good for PR!
Step 3: Once space bridge is set up, set up a base on Mars. Arrange for self Decepticon empire under the guise of the Cybertronian Alliance (Autobot + 'Con forces) to be in charge of administration + construction, citing extensive experience in world colonization + space travel.
Step 4: Once control is established, ensure that it remains in Cybertronian servos; specifically in Decepticon servos. Rule benevolantly. Make the humans/imPorted resident in area dependant entirely on our expertise.
Step 5: Continue Project Transcendence. Offer cybernetic implants to various humans to allow them to survive in harsh Martian conditions outside colony walls (though also work on terraforming planet to Cybertronian needs; seed planet with energon deposits). Slowly transfer Cybertronian sparks into appropriate bodies.
Step 6: Consider Project Genesis. Hope for expendable imPorts.
End result should be Cybertronian control of Mars with self + Decepticons as rulers with Autobots + humans + imPorts as working class, with possible uplift of humans + imPorts into Cybertronian bodies. If Project Genesis is feasible, includes a way to continue our race (possibly, come up with alternative to Project Genesis. Budding...? Spark splitting? Further consideration is needed)
Cybertron is reborn without needing to sacrifice Earth, leaving the latter for resources. Gives us a base of operations. Earth conquest may be feasible after control is established but probably wise to wait 500+ years before even beginning that phase.
Space Bridge Plans

Transport of space bridge: two options.
Option 1: build starship to transport materials from Earth to Mars.
- Pros: Most feasible option; won't require extensive new technology.
- Cons: Slow. 3 month trip minimum, requires launch when orbits are synchronized.
Option 2: Build untargeted space bridge with coordinate capable transport, teleport space bridge parts through to Mars + assemble gate on the other side
Pros: Faster than the former; if it works, opens transport to other worlds (Io, Europa, Titan, Venus [If latter is terraformed first!])
Cons: I'm pretty sure you can't do this with a space bridge; even if it is, unshielded transwarp transport without a receiving portal is highly dangerous. However, Porter's technology to keep people from leaving dimension may aid us here.
Option 3: Build transwarp capable ship
Pros: Easier than untargeted spacebridge! Probably actually possible. Gives us a starship to go further in space with
Cons: As hard to develop as the fragging bridge itself
option 3 is my favourite even if we probably can't do it stupid humans and their stupid things like money and resources grr
PROJECT TRANSCENDENCE
PHASE 1: Develop Cybertronian bodies that emulate humans to continue infiltration protocol on Porter terms. Transfer Cybertronian sparks to new “Pretender” bodies. Continue to modify bodies to allow for alternate modes, transformation into bodies more similar to true shapes (use size-changing tech if possible)
PHASE 2: Develop cybernetic enhancements for humans. Enhance humans to be more like Cybertroniains. Install secret loyalty protocols in any mental enhancements.
PHASE 3: Continue to study the human soul; isolate said soul and develop a way to transfer human souls into cybertronian bodies.
PHASE 4: Develop way to transmute human souls into sparks (Magic? Science? Unknown power?)
PHASE 5: Ensure that humans so “uplifted” are loyal to cause (any means necessary)
PHASE 6: Ensure that humans are reconditioned to believe they have always been this way
PHASE 7: Slowly work this through large portion of human population
PHASE 8: Terraform Earth into new Cybertron.
PHASE 9: If necessary, create Project Genesis to ensure that race continues on. Alternately, leave breeding population of humans, use them to generate more sparks.
PROJECT GENESIS
In the course of my time here in this version of Earth, I have come to a number of realizations. Time alone and as a true leader has that effect on you.
The first is that in all likelihood, I am never going home; and even if I was, there is nothing for me there. In my world, Cybertron is doomed. The Decepticon cause is doomed, and all that there will be left is for the world to change irrevocably before a future Megatron frags it up for everyone. And even if those Maximal fools stop him, it will still no longer be Cybertron.
As such, staying here is preferable. I am alive, I have a body (not the body I'd like, but we must all start somewhere) and my Decepticons live.
But Cybertron does not exist here. If I am to be a ruler of Cybertron, Cybertron must exist. I have no use for this planet as it is - no. That's a lie. I have great use for this planet. It is rich in resources, but there remains the problem of humans, and then the fact that our race remains doomed. Trapped in human bodies, we have no viable way of reproducing and continuing our glorious empire.
But I may have happened upon a solution.
In my studies of Sparks and look at the Maximals I discovered something curious about the Vector Sigma device, something only confirmed by the existence of other universes. The Vector Sigma device, much like Unicron, is a multiversal singularity, a being extant simultaneously in multiple universes. It is, furthermore, directly connected to the Well of All Sparks (or so I theorize), able to call forth new sparks from the churning multitude(in this way, no life is ever truly lost, even if one returns to the Well one might be reborn. It makes me wonder if the other Optimuses in other universes might instead be rebirths of the same being throughout infinite lifetimes, though this fails to explain me given that I am immortal here).
Regardless...
The best way to ensure the survival of our race would be to propagate it. I found very early on in my stay here in the City that the proper energies applied to a spark causes it to fissure, to leak rarefied Energon and birth new (albeit temporary) Sparks and imbue them into other objects.
This suggests that everyspark has a connection to this source of energy, and enough of them in concert could possibly be used to open a portal to the Vector sigma entity. In short, a gate could be opened to the Well of All Sparks. This universe seems to be a trap, after all - it's difficult to get anything out, but remarkably easy to let things in (as evidenced by the Tribble incident, among others). In any case, a strong charge will be required to create permanent Sparks - the use of six sparks, to be precise. Unfortunately, they will be destroyed in the process, but such will be the sacrifice to keep our people alive. We have individuals who are expendable, after all, on both sides of the faction line; for instance, Terrorsaur and Waspinator.
[what follows are detailed plans for the device - a massive cube, with large spikes of pure crystaline energon poised above each side. Cybertronians are to be strapped to the sides, and then impaled through the spark by the crystals. The energy is then absorbed by the cube.]
In order to ensure a wide broadcasting range, the device would need to be positioned high up - the Empire State Building, or perhaps aboard an exceptionally large airplane or zepplin.
Further modifications will be necessary to ensure that the newly birthed Cybertronians get initial programming so they are not merely savages, and so that they are loyal to us.
Potentially, this project can be combined with a more wide use of the Bioliberator and a soul-conversion device to change the entire population of this city into properly sparked Cybertronians that still retain all their previous knowledge and skills, but are loyal to us and us alone. This will be a massive undertaking indeed...
