POWERS POST THE UPDATED VERSION

Lasers - comes in two flavors!
- Null Rays - Starscream's signature power, these are high powered EMP blasts. At normal, they're enough to shut down a full sized Transformer for about thirty seconds to a minute. If Starscream sits and charges this up, he can take out about 1/4 of a power plant for about a minute, or shut down a Transformer sized machine for about an hour. Charging his blasts takes away from his overall energy reserves and makes it harder for him to maintain sustained flight.
- Standard Lasers - energy blasts! They're... energy blasts. They're not all that powerful and primarily concussive rather than incendiary, and amount to a very strong punch or kick from a distance. If said punch or kick were on fire. Starscream can focus these to a narrow beam for cutting, a wide spray to take our many targets, or, like his null rays, power them up to be a bit more like a sledgehammer than a punch.

Flight - Starscream can fly! His top speed is Mach 3, which he can now actually achieve (see below)

Immortality - Starscream has an immortal spark (soul) due to a mutation/defect in his systems. This means that when he dies or is forced into unconsciousness by means not his own (ie, if somebody clocks him over the head really hard), his spark detaches from his body and can float around in ghost form. He can posses people in this form, and take over the bodies of weak-willed people. While possessing, Starscream can steal the memories of whoever he's inhabiting and read their thoughts; they can do the same to him (though weather or not you WANT five million years worth of ineffectual rage is your own business). This is often involuntary, and what memories you get the "strongest" somewhat randomized.
The downside is that this means when Starscream 'dies', he doesn't automatically get a new body like everyone else in the City. On the other hand, he doesn't lose any memories.
Most of the time, there is no way to destroy Starscream's spark. Exceptions are:
- If you are a Demigod, God, or greater power (ie, Endless)
- If you have an artifact of similar power (ie, something like the Subtle Knife)
- If you have a blade of unstable crystaline energon of such quality as to be similar to naturally occurring crystaline energon. Good luck synthesizing this if you're not a Cybertronian scientist who specializes in this kind of thing. Using this method will also cause Starscream's spark to detonate violently, so use at your own risk.

Recently, to make up for the whole "doesn't get a new body upon dying" thing, Starscream built himself some robot ones. He is, thus, an actual robot. Make of that what you will. More information:

- Main benefit he gets is that he can now fly his top speed of Mach 3 and withstand extreme G-forces; other than that he's no stronger or more durable than your average human.
- Looks entirely human - his outer skin is actually a techno-organic hybrid skin that feels like real skin and even sweats, and his hair is real hair that actually grows. His internal components, however, are almost entirely mechanical.
- Smells continually like a new car.

WAYS YOU CAN TELL

- People with super sight (ie, X-ray vision and so on) will notice that his internal components, are, well, metal. Infra-red vision will show that while his surface temperature is the same as a normal human's, his internal temperature is deciedly off and he gives off heat in weird places. Ultraviolet won't show anything.
- People with super hearing will be able to notice that what to a cursory examinaton seems to be a heartbeat is actually a mechanical pump; they'll also be able to hear a distinctly electric hum around him and that his voice is electronically synthesized (normally it's impossible to tell)
- People with super smell will note that he doesn't smell anything like a normal human. He smells a lot like a car. Or I guess an F-22 Raptor, but whatever.
- Other senses, uh... up to you?
- Psychics and Empaths - up to you if you can actually read his mind/emotions or not. He still feels real emotions, but he's mechanical now.
- Technopaths - he has no wireless connection. And other than that I don't know.

Other than that um. Case by case basis for powers (do you have truth telling powers idk)
