i usually don't watch entertainment tonight, but i happened to catch it last night when i got home from nava's. i was completely horrified by an "investigation" they did, titled "Ugly Vanessa". Vanessa Minnillo is a very pretty MTV VJ and an ET something-or-other. To make her ugly, they gave her a wig and braces and made her a size twelve. Then they sent her out on the street to see the reaction she would get. A size twelve!? Are you kidding me? What a horrible message to send to girls. She was still very pretty, just slightly overweight with braces, and ET made it seem as if she were a gigantic monster. I think that they really fail to realize the message they're sending. In an investigation where they try to show how cruel people can be, they tell the viewer that being a size twelve with braces makes you a beast. If I can find a picture of what she looked like after her "make-under", I'll post it. Am I the only one who thinks this is ridiculous?
