Who: Eddie and Feliks When: Oct 26th early afternoon Where: Crystal Court What: Edna would so totally not like Eddie asking Feliks for help. ( Wanted: Manily Clothes )
That skirt rules, Feliks thought to himself as he gazed through a window at the latest trend of feminizing the male wardrobe. It was a movement Feliks felt he could really get behind.
Suddenly the skirt shot sharply out of his view.
He blinked. When he opened his eyes, he saw tile and felt what might be a lump starting to form on his head.
"I'm so sorry Mis-ster!"
Feliks groaned and rolled his head to look at the person who ran into him. "Y-you," he started. He could've sworn it was the female bouncer from Chueca but despite the outfit, this seemed to be a man. "Uh. Yeah, like, thanks," he said hesitantly as he took the offered hand and pulled himself up.
Now, Feliks wasn't one to criticize a man wearing girl's clothes but this seemed...a bit much. At least the very male boots made they whole thing look way over the top. "Um. Sorry, but are you like, related to a girl that works at Chueca?"
Eddie blinked when the other blonde seemed to be ready to start throwing accusations at him before accepting his hand instead, allowing him to help the guy off the ground. "Sorry about that sir, I didn't realize someone had came to have a look too."
Feeling the man's gaze on him, Eddie looked down at his horribly frilly shorts and began to wipe at the barely visible specks of dust on them. Argh! Why did he have to keep staring at him? He continued to find silly wee faults with his clothes (a loose thread here and a flicked up collar there), feeling his face start to go red

WITNESS FELIKS' ENCYCLOPEDIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE MALLponies_omgOctober 27 2009, 17:34:51 UTC
Feliks understood completely how complicated family relations could be. If this guy who could pass as the bouncers twin didn't want to talk about it then Feliks wouldn't bug him about it. He'd only asked because it'd surprised him so much.
And really there were more important things to talk about now.
"'K, but if I were you, I'd go to the store like, on the east end of the mall that has like, this sequined purple front and when you walk in there like, head for the back wall and there'll be these like, maroon colored mary jane shoes that'll totally go better with your outfit than those boots."
I shall worship it~!teh_glkOctober 27 2009, 21:02:28 UTC
Go better with this outfit?
Face going as red as his coat, Eddie shook his head vigorously. "Oh no, I'm not looking for something to go with this!" he squeaked as he tried to button it up and hide the evil frilly outfit. "My clothes have...um...well...gone missing is the best way to describe it I suppose. This is just what I thought I could get away with until I found something more suitable to wear, clearly I was wrong." He waffled as he did up the last button before giving the coat a brush down.
For a moment he stood there, trying to calm himself down as he thought over what the blond had said. "Do you know your way around here?" he asked, clasping his hands as he looked at the man hopefully. "If I don't get them today then I don't know when I can." His times outside of the house had been rather erratic recently and when he went out on Friday he had given up, not sure what he was really looking for.
Ohoho, you flatter me <3ponies_omgOctober 28 2009, 21:01:33 UTC
The easiest way to flatter Feliks was to ask for fashion advice. And although this blond boy hadn't quite asked for advice it was close enough for Feliks.
"I know this place better than I know like, my own house," he said proudly. "So like, what are you lookin' for? Casual? Formal? Oh! You'd look like, totally awesome in this black Louis Vuitton shirt I saw in a store around the corner but we should prolly start with like, a nice peacoat and maybe some good Diesel jeans and then of course, you'll need shoes to match, I'm thinking of this hot pair of Mezlan loafers with like, buckles on them would be just your thing," he said in one breath.
"You do?" Eddie asked before staring rather blankly as the blonde went off at a million miles an hour and...did he go slightly blue there before taking that breath? Blinking as his mind figured out what on earth was said he nodded slowly. "It won't be too expensive?" It wouldn't be that much of a worry if he was honest, bills were already paid for and the next paycheck was due by the end of the week.
Smiling as he was told the other blond's name, he tilted his head, "I'm Eddie. It's a pleasure to met you Feliks." He said, offering his hand to shake.
I've been so busy. Sorry for the lateness. ><ponies_omgOctober 31 2009, 05:20:46 UTC
Feliks shook his hand politely. "Yeah, I can totally work with whatever budget you've got but like, keep in mind that nice clothes are totally worth splurging on, 'k? But anyway..." he said as he debated the merits of each store in the mall.
So...on a budget and obviously needs a full wardrobe...
"'K, follow me," he said as he walked into one of the largest stores in the mall. Feliks strolled confidently around the men's section, picking up clothes and depositing them into Eddie's arms faster than should've been possible. Several pairs of pants, shirts, jackets and a few shoes later he turned back to Eddie and said, "'K, I think that'll like, be good to start with. Go try them on!"
It's okay, my mind has been rather blank the past few days. ^^;teh_glkNovember 3 2009, 10:51:29 UTC
Eddie nodded as Feliks explained everything before tilting his head as the other man looked around the center. It was obvious that the blond was trying to work out the best place to go and, knowing pretty much nothing about shopping, Eddie figure it would be best to stay quiet.
"Oh? Ah! Yes, of course!" Eddie gasp as tried to keep up with Feliks, almost losing him as he struggled to see over some of the racks full of clothes. It took a couple of jumps, to the amusement of staff and shoppers alike, to spot where Feliks had went. When he finally caught up with him, his arms were instantly filled with clothes causing him to squeak in surprise. Good grief! How much was Feliks planning on giving him? Would he even be able to see over the pile?
"Okay but...where is the changing rooms?" He mumbled, trying to look at Feliks around the pile of clothes.
Why do Rin/Len songs always start playing when I'm replying to you? XDponies_omgNovember 3 2009, 20:56:17 UTC
It was only when Eddie asked where the changing rooms were did Feliks realize how much he'd overloaded the poor guy. Laughing a little he took an armful of clothes.
"Sorry about that! I get like, kinda...well really into shopping sometimes, ya know? Anyway, the men's dressing rooms are over here so just follow me, 'k?" Feliks barely had to look where he was going to know where the changing rooms were. After six or so years of shopping at this mall, he'd effectively memorized the place from floor to ceiling.
Feliks nudged open an empty changing stall and dropped the clothes he was carrying on the bench before letting Eddie through. "I'm gonna wait by the mirrors, ok? If you're like, unsure what goes together, just ask me!"
"Ah, it's no problem, I understand." Eddie replied, though he was grateful that the weight on his arms lessened slightly as Feliks took some of the clothes away. And he could see where the guy was heading, following quickly. He tried to ignore the stares he was getting from some people especially as the clothes in his hand were a complete contrast to what he currently had on.
Nodding when Feliks here he would be, he closed the stall door and quickly began to change out of his current clothes and into the first set of clothing. It was only when Eddie gave the suit a look over in the mirror that he frowned, scratching at, what seemed to be, paint marks. "Uh Feliks." He began before leaving the stall, "I think this one might be faulty, a painter was having a look at it I think..."
Subconsciously he began to pick at the paint marks again.
Feliks was proud of himself. He'd given Eddie a large pile of mostly quite "normal" (read: not high fashion) clothes to try on and he was certain he'd look great in at least 99%. But he couldn't stop his hands from straying to the high fashion styles completely and a couple pieces had sneaked into the pile.
Feliks was convinced he'd still look great in them of course and that's why he'd grabbed them. And when Eddie stepped out in a gorgeous Alexander McQueen suit he jumped to his feet, ready to flatter.
"No, no, no! It's totally supposed to be like that and Oh. My. God. It looks totally hot on you! Seriously! Check it out," he said as he ushered Eddie towards the mirrors. "OK, so it's kinda like, more high fashion than I thought you'd be looking for but you can like, totally make it work."
Giving Feliks a slightly wary glance, Eddie looked over himself in the mirror, giving the suit jacket a small tug down. He had to admit, now that he knew what the outfit was about...he quite liked it. Continuing to look at his reflection, he tried to strike a few poses before blushing at the people he could see looking behind him and quickly turned to the blond. "I....I think I would like to buy this one, if you insist that it does suit me." He said before scurrying back into the stall to try on something else.
Hanging everything up and putting on the trousers for the next lot of clothes, he sighed. That was mildly embarrassing. But most of his time outside of his work was.

Feliks nodded approvingly as Eddie grew more comfortable with the suit and even began posing in it.
"Aw, fashion's like, nothing to be embarrassed about," he called after Eddie as the shorter blond scurried off.
"But I'm like, totally glad you want to get it," Feliks said as he lingered around the outside of the dressing stall. "It's seriously always a treat to meet someone who's like, open to new ideas in fashion. I write fashion columns by the way, that's why I like, totally knew that you'd look great in that suit."
First time it's been used IC xDteh_glkNovember 13 2009, 02:53:36 UTC
'Did you see what I was wearing earlier?!' Eddie thought as he put on the long sleeved red and black striped top which fitted him nicely, like the black skinny jeans. Quite how the other blond had achieved this, he wasn't sure, but he really lived this.
"Is that how you could guess my size too?" Eddie asked, opened the door and jumping when he found Feliks right at the other side. Running his fingers through his hair, trying to calm himself, he looked at Feliks curiously. "Any particular magazine or just freelance?" He had dealt with a couple of journalists at Cheuca though, now that he thought about it, there was one fashion magazine that Edna had stopped buying a while back.
Admiring himself again he looked up at Feliks, "Do you think they'll let me buy this while still wearing it?" He rather not have to change back into what he came in wearing if at all possible.
D'awww. So cute. :3ponies_omgNovember 14 2009, 22:05:38 UTC
"Mm. I guess so," he replied to the question about guessing Eddie's size. "I mean, I've been working with clothes for like, so many years now I guess I've gotten pretty good at estimating size and stuff."
Completely unaware of Eddie's surprise at finding him standing right outside his dressing room door, Feliks continued to ramble.
"But anyway, yeah. I like, technically do freelance through an agent but I'm like, getting published in some magazines pretty regularly now plus some magazines have like, blogs and I occasionally get my stuff published there too by the way, that outfit is seriously perfect for you and like, yeah, I don't think the store would care if you wear it out. I know almost like, every employee in the store anyway so they'd let you if I asked nicely anyway," he said mischievously. Although really, the reason he knew most of the employees and in turn, the reason they knew him was because he'd spent so much money there throughout the years.
"Must be pretty good at what you do if your getting picked up by a couple of magazines" He mused, still looking over his current outfit with a small smile. He really did like this, along with everything else Feliks had picked out for him. "I think I'll buy most of the things and...are you sure you don't mind asking." He said, trying to separate the handful of clothes he wasn't buying for now anyway, before folding the clothes he had been wearing and putting them in his bag.
Just about managing to juggle everything he excited the stall. "Where is the till in this store?" he asked before handing a member of staff who was hovering near by the clothes that he wasn't taking.
Suddenly the skirt shot sharply out of his view.
