WHO: Sadiq and Kiku
WHEN: Afternoon, Friday October 17
WHERE: Tatiana Baths
WHAT: In which Sadiq and Kiku can't seem to see each other unless they're in a compromising situation.
Sadiq sighed as he stepped into the deliciously warm building of the Tatiana Baths, air from the heaters making a quick job on sore muscles from jogging through the snow. He untied the scarf from around his neck and stepped forward so to give the woman at the desk a quick smile; a familiar face after having visited the luxurious spa so many times after moving to Liberty.
His week had proved to be another trying one, and Sadiq could only think to spend it soaking away his thoughts -- one of the few ways to get him to stop letting everything bother him, and just relax. He'd gotten Gupta another gift for Christmas to replace the last, scrapped one, and he was feeling a bit more confident now that he knew he wouldn't be giving his boyfriend something boring enough to be equivalent to an Atlas for the holiday. However, doing so had him reuniting with his "long lost" cousin whom he hated in the first place, and rather enjoyed pretending that they shared no common bloodline. Stupid kid was fucking annoying, but at least Sadiq managed to fit in plenty of teasing and badgering before they were to part ways again.
But, from here on out, he would stop thinking about stupid things and focus on the baths. He turned for the hallway to the locker rooms, but was no later taken aback. Someone else was also headed in that direction; short, a black mop of hair, and very Asian. Sadiq felt that the boy looked familiar. A second of consideration, and the answer hit him on the face -- his waitress. "Aha, hey, the girl's baths are the other way."
