Where: Liberty Aquarium
What: Bonding with penguins, and otters, and siblings.
Remy checked the time as she hurried toward the front gate. She wasn't late for once. Google Maps had steered her in the right direction, and she hadn't gotten lost nearly as many times as she'd thought she would, so she was actually a tiny bit early.
She leaned against a low, stone wall in the sunshine, glancing around. John Paul Key didn't seem like he'd be too hard to spot in a crowd. He'd looked like a pretty big guy, based on the Icon photos, and those tattoos wouldn't exactly blend in. But even beyond that, there was something about the way he communicated with the world. Even words on a screen came across as loud when they came from him. Loud and accented. She hadn't known you could convey an accent that well just by typing.
As usual in this situation (As much as it shocked her that this had become usual) She was a bit nervous about meeting her long-lost brother. It was exciting too, though. He seemed like such an interesting person. The others all seemed so guarded and shut-down, but John just seemed to put everything out there and see what the world bounced back.
