Whirlwind of stupidities

SOOOOOOOOOO it's been a LONG LONG Time since I've written here. I am so glad i still have it though. Today I am going to vent since I haven't done so in a while on here.

So many mundane things have happened! Let's list them shall we.

Mundane situation Number 1: I was subpoenaed to juvenile courts last month. One of my students decided to lie to the Judge and told her that despite written evidence from our Truant officer, she was in fact AT school all those times that the teachers said she wasn't. Well, the judge called her bluff. All seven teachers were called in for a fact finding case. Usually the teacher written input would suffice. Well the ploy worked. The child saw all her teachers when she walked into the courtroom and broke down and started crying. She admitted to the truancy. On a happier note, she is now attending class regularly.

Mundane situation Number 2: A few days ago I was at the Agana Payless. While I was writing my check to purchase my items, I felt myself being pushed up into the lane and the check out counter. These two men were "wrestling." I was just about to complain to them about it and then I heard one of the men saying..."I know my rights" "Take me to the back" "I am not going to run" "Don't embarass me in front of these people" The security guard was still restraining. I thought that was fine. What was stupid is that a few seconds later the Security guard started acting like a pompous ass. *sigh* I actually felt a litte bad for the shoplifter. Well not that much... but just a little.

Mundane situation Number 3: My coworker, Sumch, and I decided to go get some lunch after school on Friday. We were craving for Thai food. Suffice it to say both restaraunts were opening at 5:00 and 5:30... *sigh* so we drove all the way up to Agana agana.... We ate in Shirley's in agana.

Mudane situation Number 4: Just tonight at Kings a person decided to attempt suicide in the men's bathroom. *sigh* oh dear....

Okay enough venting for now...

I am so in love... I can't wait until June 12th Dennis will be back in my arms. =) SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY!!!!

Please pray for the soul of my student Victoria Villagomez and for her family. We had her funeral on Friday.
