Wow, i honestly tought that it was all talk. But then when it took sam 3 hours to come over to Chefs house, rather then the normal 20 mins, I knew something was up!

That was a good weekend. Partying till 5 am two days in a row, Running on a 9 hours of sleep for 3 days. Sure I had my grumpy moments, but it was totally worth it.

That I want to be BAD ASS! I'm really interested in reading about whorey girls, drugs & suicide, But am nothing like that. I'm to controlled to do anything wreckless.
2. culinary school
Now that I am in the Real world, Culinary school was bullshit! haha But i had fun doing it none the less & met alot of great people.
3. your best food creation
Butter Pecan Ice Cream, I was so Excited when I made my own favorite Ice Cream.:)
4. your job
Tilth is probably the Best thing that has ever happend to me. I can't ever think about leaving. I love it to death & all my co-workers. Shit we are amazing!

I'm Biased, Tilth of course. The Best food I have EVER EATEN!
