AHHHH CHRISTMAS IS COMING UP!!
Hiya! How's you?
England's still amazing! Lemme fill you in on what's been happening since my last post:
- I've finished my first rotation of my major.
My first rotation was fashion design and the one I'm doing now is fashion/textiles. It's fun and I get to concentrate more on the textile part of fashion like printing and making my own fabrics, knitting, blah blah. It's kinda boring at the moment because they're mostly the same classes as the ones I took in my first rotation and just hours and hours of drawing a single rose in my sketchbook. Boring. I do have a day off on Wednesdays though which is nice and different. I'm not used to having a break XP Some of the work from earlier on...
Boring rubbish.
- I got a banging new jacket!
I love it! It's so positively British! Either everyone has one of those pleather jackets with the jumper-like sleeves, or the rad parka. I liked standing out in my blue peacoat, but bloody hell! It's well cold outside and it's only gonna get worse. I splurged at T.K.Maxx and bought a new parka ^__^ Have a gander.
It's waaaaaarm! Waterproof as well! I absolutely love it!
- I'll finally be able to get paid!
Hells yeah! I need the money, I'm dying over here @_@ I got a temporary National Insurance Number and that enables me to get money! Whee! I actually have an appointment to get a real one onf Friday so it should be awesome.
- I'm gonna have Thanksgiving here!
Pretty self explanitory. I'm excited and I want to share it with the others. I hope I don't poison anyone. >.< I dunno what the menu should be...
- I'll be going to Germany in January!
Monty, Peda and I are gonna visit Alex in Germany and I'm so so so sososososososososo excited! My first time to Germany! Woohoo!!! I really can't wait for that :) I also can't wait for Christmas. Daddy can't come visit me anymore...it sucks. I have to send him his present instead of him getting it here...If you have any requests for presents, lemme know! I need to start sending stuff in the post soon....
Hm that's about it for now. Nothing too interesting has been happening as of late. I'm working at Starbucks like a loser, but I can make a mean latte, cappacino, caramel macc and fraps man! I'm a lean mean coffee making machine ^_^ Mwahaha. Right, as always I miss everyone and I hope all is well! Bye!
