Habits

I'd like to develop some habits, as well as break some.

Habits to develop:
  • Make a new recipe weekly, from somewhere on the internet.
  • Meatless Mondays.
  • Brush your teeth, twice daily.
  • Floss daily.
  • Write in a journal week. About whatever, really.
  • Exercise every other day. At least 30 minutes.

Habits to break:
  • Smoking.
  • Not showering every single day (only on my days off, I'm not super gross).
  • Brushing your teeth once a day.
  • Forgetting about LJ.
  • Not checking out your social networking stuff, daily.
  • Fast food.
  • Eating within 4 hours of your projected bedtime.
