“I-I need to see the budget!” Tony gasped, one of his wrists being caught in Gordon’s strong fingers. Gordon chuckled darkly and caught his other wrist, holding them in a single hand at the head of the bed.
“You don’t need to see it. It’s already on the press and being sent to the morning papers.” Tony groaned as his trousers and underwear were loosened, and he thrust upwards into Gordon’s exploratory hand.
“Did you... welfare spending. What did you do with welfare? I need to give a statement.” Gordon spat on two digits and pressed them to Tony’s hole, tracing the outer rim. Tony shuddered, having to force himself not to push down and pierce himself.
“Welfare spending is none of your business,” Gordon said, easing his fingers inside the smaller man. His brow was furrowed with concentration as he twisted his fingers, causing Tony to jerk and moan, “You promised me complete control over spending and economic policy.”
“We’re a government! You can’t have a monopoly over the public money, you have to allow the other ministers a-a-” Tony’s words broke off into a groan as the head of Gordon’s cock forced open his arse and thrust inside, stretching his hole , “It’s not fair on the rest of ministers to spend and spend. It’s not just your budget.” Gordon placed a dry palm over Tony’s mouth and squeezed the hand around his wrists in a warning as he began to fuck the Prime Minister, making his skinny body jerk with his thrusts. As his protests faded to gasps, he removed the hand that muffled his voice and lowered it to his burgeoning erection, palming it impatiently. Tony whined loudly, his legs kicking and tightening at the overload of sensations as blood seeped to his groin.
Gordon’s black hair was falling out of its strict curls and onto his angry red face, obscuring it. Brown eyes met babyish blue ones, and Gordon dropped to catch Tony’s mouth in a possessive kiss, muting his wails, pushing his tongue past pearly white teeth and into the warm cavern of his mouth, his tongue jousting with Tony’s. Tony’s neck rolled as he came, hips moving in undignified jerks into Gordon’s hand, his semen splattering onto his own shirt. Gordon gave a rumbling laugh as he quickening his thrusts and came deep inside Tony’s body, pulling out, leaving a trail of white hanging from Tony’s stretched hole.
“Do I... can I see the budget now?” He asked, dazed, as Gordon stood, collecting his trousers and belt from the floor. Gordon shook his head.
“You can hear it tomorrow in the House. You might find some... surprises.”
“The euro! You fucker! You self-indulgent fucker!” Tony scrabbled to his knees, but Gordon stepped calmly away.
“Get your clothes on and out of my flat. I’ve got a budget statement to make tomorrow morning.”
