my first poetry sale!
Indeed, the first poem I've ever written (aside from some dismal failures back in high school) -- sold to Stone Telling, a new speculative poetry market.
Thus endeth my eight-year publishing dry spell. To be fair, my only attempts to get published during those eight years consisted of one story rejected by two magazines... but still, this heartens me.
