I HATE DISH NETWORK WITH THE PASSION OF A THOUSAND BURNING SUNS.
This is the third DVR/receiver that has died on us in three years, and each time I have lost anywhere from 50-120 hours of TV and movies that I had saved. I am up long past my bedtime researching to see if the Nagra 3 encryption system has been hacked yet, because if it has, I swear to god, I will buy a FTA receiver and start stealing their signal TOMORROW. (Alas, I don't think it has.)
And you know what? I WOULD BE HAPPY TO KEEP PAYING FOR THE PROGRAMMING EVERY MONTH. I JUST DON'T WANT TO USE THEIR PIECE OF SHIT EQUIPMENT ANYMORE.
