Anyway is not plural. Also, unless that anyway owns something it should never, ever, have an apostrophe s.
I hate when people use it in real life, I hate when people use it in writing, and I hate when people have their characters use it in their writing.
I read a lot of fic and it drives me fricking crazy when people write supposedly intelligent characters who say anyways every five minutes. Some characters do it and I can deal because they 'say' it in character but if you are writing someone who is themselves a writer or has some sort of advanced degree DO NOT USE ANYWAYS!!!!!!
