New Vid: Wait for It (Yuri!!! On Ice)
Yuri on Ice came like a delightful burst of light when I needed it so much, and didn't see it coming. In fact, I had been half-annoyed scrolling past all these (usually text only) Yuri posts wondering why there was this sudden surge in skating RPS, LOL, until I saw a post that had an anime image and I was like, wait a minute, I had better google that.... One Daily Dot review later, and I was watching the pilot at 1am, and downloading all of them to take on the flight to Las Vegas for the holidays. And discovering friends that already loved it, and a beautifully blossoming fandom, all as grateful for this bright spot as I am. Thank you, YOI and YOI fandom, for keeping me going and re-inspiring me!
And so here's a vid fueled with relief and fannish love (times two, because, Hamilton, and Hamilton Mixtape...). Thank you to Leta Blake for the song suggestion, and for the brainstorming and support throughout!
