My little doggy is gone
My little dog Lola had a stroke yesterday. She couldn't walk or eat. Lola was awake all night and she was so confused. Today, I took her to the vet. They couldn't do anything for her and I had to put her down. I held her until the end. She's been my baby for 8 years. I didn't want her to suffer and had to let her go. Losing her is breaking my heart. I feel like I've lost a member of my family. My 87 year old Mother is taking this very hard. She hasn't stopped crying for hours. I know lots of people have to face the death of their pets, but I can hardly bear it. Thanks for listening.
