[Mun Event] Secret Santa Exchange
Hay gaiz, remember that thing about possibly having a Secret Santa event? Probably not. But worry not because we haven't forgotten! Though, unfortunately, we've been a bit too busy to get this out sooner...but it's better late than never, no?
So here's how this is going to work:
If you're interested in participating in the Secret Santa Exchange, please fill out the form (found below) and comment here. All comments will be screened and viewable only to the two of us.
You have until midnight December 4th to sign up. Assignments will be given out sometime between the fourth and fifth of December in the form of PM's, so please watch out for that.
Once you've received your assignment, you have between December 24th-January 1st to turn in your fill to the mun you were assigned to. However, if you opt to act as a pinch hitter and wind up taking on an extra fill, you'll have an extra week (until January 9th) to turn in the second fill - but more on that later.
Before rushing to fill out the form, we'd like to let everyone know that art and fic requests aren't required to involve just the Hetalia fandom. Rather, muns are free to request up to three different prompts for three different fandoms. However, one of the three fandoms has to be Hetalia related, just in case the filler isn't familiar with the first two. Of course, you're all more than free to request two Hetalia prompts and one non-Hetalia prompt or make all three Hetalia related; in the end, it's up to you.
So! What's this about art and fics? Well, we've realized that for some muns, writing a fic may not be their cup of tea but would still like to participate. Taking that into consideration, Sam and I have decided that, if need be, fillers can tackle a (fic) prompt and translate it into an art fill OR a requester can supply three new, art related prompts for their Secret Santa beneath their fic requests. The fandom requirement still applies.
Quick note! There's also a word limit for fic prompts.
Minimum: 850-1000 words
Maximum: UNLIMITED.
And one more thing. Fillers aren't required to fill ALL the prompts. You're more than welcome to write something for each (you crazy mun you) but the three different prompts are there for you to choose which one you want to tackle.

❸ If you signed up to be a pinch hitter, please, please, please make sure that you're able to come through just in case. We know life happens, but it'd be nice to make sure that no mun is left without a gift.
❹ Going off of number three, please don't sign up if you think you won't be able to pull through. Even though we'll have pinch hitters here in case something does happen, it's still unfair to everyone involved.
