So Prop 8's being all zombie-like and not staying dead.  There are going to be 3 federal judges hearing arguments from both a defender of Prop 8 and from a normal human with a soul.  This is due to happen sometime in December.  Then they'll see if a ban is constitutional.  I'd LOVE to see someone argue against gay marriage without using the Bible ( Read more... )
