EDIT: There's been a mistake in this for over a week and I didn't realise. I despair for myself sometimes.

The Starbucks in London St. Pancras is open 24/7. If only this was the same elsewhere - it's a little difficult to make espresso in the early mornings, despite having a grinder, machine and beans, as it's so fucking loud...
