Well - Windows eventually imploded earlier. Kept telling me that one of the system folders was missing. So, on trying to install 'over-the-top' of it, it refused to copy a file from the WinXP CD about 2 - 3% into the file copy... and it did this a number of times. All I could think of was to change the SATA cable over to the other channel - and wtf, it worked... so I'm now able to finish sorting out my crap onto the external HDD on a nice, fast Windows install. WIN.
Not a lot else. I'll get around to my uber-report tomorrow when I can get to my files easily again. I'll also post that flash I said I would in a comment to one of onsentamago's posts... Eheh. XD
