I went to see the Huntington Theater's production of Pirates of Penzance this weekend, in their new version Pirates! (Or, Gilbert & Sullivan Plunder'd).  It was fabulous.  If you've read the Boston Globe review, ignore it.  Several of the reviewer's objections make no sense to someone who knows anything about G&S, and the rest of them are ( Read more... )
