Um, before I start, you should know that Iron Man is not one of my all time favorite comic heroes. I always thought he was okay, but I never went out to buy any of his titles or whatever.
With that said...squee!!!!
Lots of happy fun. Robert Downey Jr. did a great job. Oodles of blowing up of stuff, which is always good in this sort of film. Nicely done job on the origin story. Whee!
And finally someone got right the "billionaire playboy" that I've been waiting to see in all the umpteen incarnations of Batman.
Public Service Announcement: In case you hadn't heard, stay through the credits for the surprise happy ending. This is especially important for followers of the Marvel Universe.
