Dates are set
Well my current job has decided that they are not interested in keeping me as part time! I finish up with them on friday. Well I thought I would be angry if this was the decision, but I figure, if you dont want what I can offer, then I dont want to give it to you!
I offered them the custom 4 weeks but the boss was feeling bad about the decision (which was not in his control) and said finish up on friday and we will still pay you the four weeks. Which was pretty nice of him.
I am kind of relieved now that I am leaving. I can make a clean break from the bank. I am feeling very brave at the moment. Hoping like hell I have done the right thing.
The way I see it. If I was to win the lottery, would I still stay working at the bank? HELL NO!
If I won the lottery I probably would still work for my new job though. How oftern do you get the chance to work for a company you admire. How many people can stand proud and say I WORK FOR ________?
So I finish up with the bank on friday. We have christmas dinner, that night so will be a kind of good bye celebration too. (think I might get a bit hammered that night!)
Then Monday I start my new job, ( I know, pretty soon!) and we get the keys to our new home!
OMG everything seems to happen all at once.
Well, Bears foot seems to be healing well.
And my little angle puppy is back to his naughty little self. No more vomiting and eating well again.
Its weird how life seems to just plod along, same shit different smell, then all of a sudden, EVERYTHING changes! I dont want to think too much about it cause I might start freaking out!
So I cant ignore it any longer. I NEED TO PACK ALL THIS SHIT UP! Were moving in one week!!
