Life is moving so quickly!

I haven't posted for a few days. Life has just been chaotic! Let me start from last weekend...
We came home from the festival, absolutely buggered, and it took me a few days to get over that.
Puppy has been sick, he kept vomiting up his breakfast, and his dinner. At first we thought he was just eating to quickly, cause besides the vomiting, he seemed his usual vibrant self. Thursday night he vomited again, and I said to Bear, if he Vomits in the morning, we will go to the vet.

Friday morning came around and Bear called me at work and said I need to make that Vet appt, cause pup has been sick again. So I made if for the afternoon.

Then at 11am it was time for me to go for my much anticipated interview for the Administration position with the crisis care corporation.
I did well at the interview, and they said I will know by the afternoon! That was quick!

So I trodded off back to work, and as soon as I sat down at my desk I got a call from Bear, telling me Pup was now throwing up brown tar looking stuff with blood through it. I told him to pack up and come and get me, and I will ring the vet and tell them we are on our way down.

Got to the vet and they took him in for observation, and told us to come back in the afternoon.

So, trodded back to work again. (it was about 2.30pm) to sit down at my desk and get a call from the interviewers, telling me I GOT THE JOB!!!
YAY.

So there I was one minute worried the next ecstatic, then guilty for being happy when I didn't know if my pup was going to be ok.

So I told my boss that I got the job, and that I would like him to reconsider taking me on part time. I listed all the reasons why he should. He just looked at me and said, "Write it up in an email and I will submit it to my boss."  So I still dont know if I will continue to work at the bank, or if I will need to find another part time job. Either way I will be ok with it. I am just so stoked I got the job.

So about 5.30pm we went to get pup. The vet said there is no obstruction that she can feel, and he seems happy and hasn't thrown up again. Looks like it is a gastric virus. We had to fast him that night and slowly bring in food yesterday. So far so good he hasn't thrown up. (Fingers crossed he is ok.)

So we go home, and Bear goes outside to have a smoke and trips and fractures a  small bone in his foot, so we spent the next morning in the hospital getting it strapped and xrayed.
And now I am feeling guilty for spending time on LJ cause I have so much packing to do.. We are moving next weekend!!

Its all just happening at once.

new job, puppy, moving
