am I the only one who's NOT getting comment notifications?

I get them if the comment is in my own journal, but if I comment on someone else's post, or in a post I make in a community...I'm not getting them

(to my email at least, I have no idea if I'm getting them in my lj inbox, seeing as I still can't find it LOL)
