Mildness, levity, moderation, tolerance
I did miss sleeping sideways
One can tell when an artery has been cut
I can’t imagine having all those supplies with you in an attic
A smaller duct drains off portions
He shaved before he left
Avoid crowding your sleeping-room

exquisite corpse + found poem by me & kickass Lesley MFA-mate Ann. (>> here's our 2nd poem) i'm so obvious A) because you can tell what lines are mine from my freakish font-bot handwriting (i'm sorry lj, once upon a time i promised to scan more paper-journalling, i'ma work on that) and B) it's a bit driven by being at Harvard's Woodberry poetry room (so it's my title/'found line' from a 19th C etiquette manual, had my parents on the brain, and pseudo-vultured-unconsciously my own old work--uh) C) m'handsome man shaved & done left me yesterday for Ketman band's west-coast El Touro tour (yes, that's the offic' tour title! their new album is 'El Toro' too) i be tour widow. :(

we were at Sarah Messer's found poetry seminar, something Spencer suggested i go to. it was a pretty kickass poetical day. now to get to work on rewriting that inaugural beastie...mygodthenerderyisinsane (clearly this is what i get up to on day 2 of 12 days by my onesie. NERD IT UP. poetry field trips!)

poesy, handwrit, grad school
