LOVES ⇨♥♥♥♥♥♥ Lelouch Lamperouge - eyesofgeass:
The only person Rolo trusts much less cares for. The time they had spent together while Lelouch's memories were rewritten gave Rolo a time of normalcy he'd never experienced. Plus, Lelouch's affection showed Rolo that it was alright to have feelings and to care about someone. It's these feelings for Lelouch that drive Rolo to over use his Geass and die while protecting him.
While he's been in Discedo, Rolo has grown closer to Lelouch, especially as they spend more time together. Rolo appreciates the affection and care Lelouch gives him, though it makes him somewhat wary. It's something he has not experienced since that year when Lelouch's memories were rewritten, so while Rolo enjoys it, he is cautious in case Lelouch might be using him again.
Lately, Rolo has begun to question his feelings for Lelouch and what they mean. While he's never had interest in romance, Rolo is beginning to suspect that his feelings for Lelouch are stronger than what is normal for brothers. Frequently, from outside their circle, more and more people have begun to suggest that Rolo loves Lelouch on something more like a romantic level as well. And while Rolo's feelings become more and more clear to him, he knows that Lelouch will never see him as anything more than a brother.
This breaks Rolo's heart (and not in the way his Geass does) but he refuses to believe that he won't some how become the person that Lelouch cares for, relies on, and loves more than anyone else. It's becoming more and more his desire to see this happen and with Rolo's volatile nature, inability to settle problems any other way but through violence, and his building anger for those in his way, its likely he might act out if he believes that someone is getting in his way.
Rolo still wants Lelouch completely to himself, a feeling that had filled him before he had died for Lelouch's sake as is shown in his desire to kill Nunnally or others that might come between him and Lelouch. And this desire is becoming stronger with each passing day in Discedo.
Despite this, part of Rolo still fears angering Lelouch because of his feelings. He doesn't want to push Lelouch away by revealing how strongly he feels if he thinks Lelouch will dislike this change. If he has to push down the feelings he has, Rolo does so, but that does not mean he'll tolerate anyone else taking that place.
After the events surrounding Nunnally's death (caused by Rolo), Lelouch began to break down emotionally. In Rolo's attempt to help Lelouch, he was Geassed by the elder to never think of Lelouch as anything but a brother. This won't change the way Rolo views Lelouch much as his obsession existed before he began to question his feelings for Lelouch. However, any desire to pursue something physical has been erased, leaving Rolo with the same obsessive nature that he had before.
♥ Euphemia li Britannia - euphoricheir:
One of Lelouch's real siblings, all Rolo had known about her was that she was executed for the Massacre at the SAZ. She seems nothing like the girl portrayed in information, and based on something Lelouch has said, Rolo suspected the reason behind her actions might truly be Lelouch's fault. Later, he found this was true. Regardless, Rolo is forbidden to bring it up with her. But aside from all that, there's one thing he knows, and that's that Lelouch truly cares for her. Another reason for Rolo to detest her.
Sometime after they arrived, Rolo and Euphemia had a moment alone together. They discussed a few things, and Rolo admitted to Euphemia that she died, unlike what Suzaku and Lelouch had said. He also admitted to the reason why he died as well: to protect Lelouch. Out of the moment, Rolo managed to get one step closer to possibly appreciating or caring for Euphemia, though he still tells himself he hates her. This seems to slowly be changing into actual trust.
The more time Rolo spends with Euphemia, the more he's growing to care about her as well. Inwardly, he still tells himself that he hates her, but now trusts her enough to share certain things. Rolo is playing with the idea of accepting her as a sister too, but time will tell if he actually will.
Eventually, he's come to see her as a sister of sorts, though his care for her is no where close to what he feels for Lelouch.

≈ Kallen Kozuki - impels: Returned.
Lelouch's Ace pilot and member of the Black Knights, Kallen is someone Rolo has a vague respect for. They shared the similar interest in their brothers and after a supply run, Rolo learned just how efficient and strong of a fighter she is. Kallen was open to Rolo as Lelouch's brother and welcomed him into the Geass House with a kind but mature way that impressed Rolo. Quite possibly Rolo's first friend, however he never got the chance to understand this until Kallen left.
Now that she is back, Rolo is glad to have another level-headed person around to ensure Lelouch maintains some common sense, however when she got in a fight with Lelouch, Rolo had to step back, since he would never side against his brother.
≈ Kamui - protectyourtwin:
Rather blunt and non-talkative. Not that Rolo minds. Besides, he's offering to take Rolo's chip out, which is a definite plus. Rolo's also noticed that he and Kamui seem to be on the same wave length when it comes to how they feel towards their brothers. He appreciates what Kamui would do for Subaru, because it's the same for what Rolo would do for Lelouch.
Since he's met Kamui face-to-face, he's discovered that Kamui has an uncanny likeness to Lelouch, which Rolo finds both confusing and fascinating. This, coupled with Kamui's doting while Rolo's chip was removed, has left the younger teen in a bit of a confused state. Suffice it to say, he feels more comfortable around Kamui now, though a lot of this might stem from the vampire's strange likeness to Lelouch.
Eventually, Rolo's become more close to Kamui and even considers him a friend. However, after killing Fuuma while mistaking Kamui for Lelouch, their relationship has become strained. Rolo still sees Kamui as a friend and it seems the same from Kamui's side, however Kamui is a lot more wary of Rolo and Rolo is beginning to understand the concept of guilt through his actions.
Lately, Rolo's relationship with Kamui has been given a major blow. After a fight between the two of them, once Kamui realized the truth behind Fuuma's death, they became something akin to enemies. Kamui, certain that Rolo might attack him or his family attacked Rolo again, leaving him for dead. In response, Lelouch Geassed Kamui into forgetting every his reasons for attacking Rolo and temporarily mending their friendship.
This, however, did not last and Kamui soon learned the reason behind his missing memories. Enraged, he confronted Rolo only to read Rolo's mind and finding out more about him and his past. They soon came to a better understanding and now their friendship is mended, if a bit awkward.
≈ Riku - waywardislander: Returned.
Seems like a pretty nice guy. Answered some of Rolo's questions without hassle. He's also helpful and kind without being over bearing. Someone Rolo might think of as a friend.
After the situation with Kamui, Riku is a bit more suspicious of Rolo, but Rolo still has some degree of respect for him.
≈ Nill - hainesangel:
A very sweet girl that apparently knew Rolo from when he was in Discedo before and also cares for Rolo a great deal. Rolo doesn't quite understand this, and is uncertain how to act around her. However, Nill is very kind and though it confuses Rolo, he cannot find any reason to have an ill will against her.
Since first meeting her, her quiet demeanor and gentleness has struck Rolo as very kind, something he hasn't experienced since he first met Lelouch. Suffice it to say, it's given Rolo a feel that he can trust her and has begun to see her as a friend.
≈ Maka Alburn - bookwormmeister:
Rolo's not sure what to make of this girl. She's fairly nice, but almost too nice. She's also a friend of Lelouch, so he doesn't know what to make of this yet. He appreciates her kindness and has some trust in her, but not enough to tell her what he really is.
≈ Lord Gino Weinberg - weinerberger:
A member of the Knight of Rounds from Rolo's world, known as the Knight of Three, Gino is technically the enemy. However, Gino has no knowledge of this, only that Rolo is Lelouch's "younger brother" and that Rolo's pretty shy. Gino has the tendency drape on Rolo that makes the younger teen a bit uncomfortable, but for the sake of keeping his and Lelouch's secrets, Rolo continues to pretend to be the shy schoolboy he had seemed in Area 11.
≈ Sephiroth - withoutawing:
A member of the Police Force that for the most part, Rolo doesn't give much thought to aside from him being significantly stronger than Rolo knows he would ever be. Still, Sephiroth taught Rolo some hand to hand fighting skills, which Rolo appreciate while he's without his Geass.
≈ Joseph Joestar - 3_hat_day:
This person is weird. But he's offered his aid (even if Rolo doesn't need or want it). Rolo's keeping this in mind in case this person becomes useful for Lelouch later on. Later, after Rolo and Lelouch had an argument with C.C., Joseph decided to call Rolo out on a few things, including how much of a jerk Lelouch can be at times. This displeased Rolo, who gave Joseph a warning. Similarly, Joseph gave Rolo a warning, but Rolo figures he's not much of a threat. As long as neither harms what is important to the other, Rolo has no issues with Joseph.
≈ Fai D. Flowright - big_kitty:
Apparently someone that knew him from when he was in Discedo before. However, Rolo has no memory of this. Fai seems nice enough, if a bit vague.
≈ Sorata Arisugawa - shockinglycool:
A seemingly pretty normal guy that was first brought to the Geass cast through Kallen (now departed). He's a bit of a bumbling type of person who Rolo doesn't pay much attention to. That is, at least, until an opportunity came up for Rolo to kill Nunnally and frame Sorata. Sorata believed he really had been the one to strangle Nunnally until Lelouch told him otherwise. Still, no one knows that Rolo was responsible for her murder and Sorata is still the nice if awkward guy living with the Geass Girls.
≈ Souma "Haru" Hatsuharu- moarcowbell:
Kinda a weird guy, but his quirkiness is somewhat amusing for Rolo.
≈ Lucca Ashtear - daddyslilpyro:
She hacked into one of Rolo's posts and almost insulted Lelouch's intelligence. Rolo doesn't like this much. But she's offering to help. Rolo is keeping this in mind in case she is useful to his brother.
Recently, she told Rolo that she had a hypothesis regarding how Rolo feels about Lelouch. She explained that Rolo likely had a "homosexual infatuation" with Lelouch, and now Rolo is confused about his relationship with his brother. Suffice it to say, he's not very pleased with her at the moment.
≈ Minato Arisato - purgatory_maren: Departed
The captain of Discedo's police force. Rolo recently applied to join the force as part of an infiltration operation that he and Lelouch had worked out. Minato is not aware of this, of course, and Rolo has no intention of informing him of it. The plan is that with Rolo on the force, he'll be able to relay any information behind official police locks on the network, not to mention have a viable reason to attack anyone who might cause harm to Rolo's new family.
Lelouch does not seem to like Minato at all, however Rolo has yet to inform an opinion. He's determined to not show any dislike for the man as long as he is part of the force in hopes of maintaining his cover for as long as possible. And if this means he will reveal some of the information of his background or be more polite than he normally is, so be it.

Weird guys that seem to like teasing Rolo. Rolo isn't sure what to make of them. And apparently they're similar to Milly. Rolo is terrified of being put in odd clothes.
≈ Mello - shut_up_near:
Previously, Rolo was aquainted with a different Mello who had stayed in Discedo, however this new Mello is a lot more secretive not to mention blunt. Rolo likes to believe it's a bit onto the type of person Mello is, especially since they seem to think similarly in terms of hiding information. What's more, Mello was helpful in getting Rolo to the hospital after he was attacked by Kamui. Thus, Rolo has some respect for him, but only in the sense of a "you might be useful to me" sense.
≈ Aang - flynmabisn:
Nice enough guy, though Rolo doesn't know him well. They've had a few conversations, but Rolo's pretty neutral on him. Aang apparently sees Rolo as a friend.
≈ Nanako Dojima - herjunes:
A girl much younger than Rolo but who was nice enough to give Rolo a card for his birthday. He's still unsure how to act around her though, since his only experience with children is through the Directorate. And obviously, she's not that kind of person (or is she? Rolo will always have lingering suspicions).
HATES ⇨☠☠☠☠ Nunnally vi Britannia (Lamperouge) - crippledroyalty:
The one person Rolo will probably always hate. Nunnally is Lelouch's true sibling and raison d'être. Rolo knows this and resents it, wishing to be in her place. At one point, he wanted to kill her, but the opportunity slipped past him. If he could, he would like to try again, but not while she's under the watchful eye of Lelouch.
Since Rolo arrived, Nunnally disappeared from Discedo only to arrive again. This angers Rolo because he has hoped to be free of her presence. However, since she is back, he's decided to continue doing as Lelouch tells him and to keep up the facade of indifference.
During an outbreak of madness seemingly connected to chip implants, Rolo found an opportunity to get his revenge on Nunnally's existence. After Geassing both her and Sorata, Rolo strangled Nunnally and left the blame to Sorata. As of now, he's still avoiding contact with her, however he feels a bit more vindicated having proven to himself just how weak and worthless she can be.
☠☠ C.C. - eternitywitch: Departed
The grey witch. The woman that gave Lelouch his contract and Geass. The woman who started the Geass Directorate. And the woman responsible for breaking apart Rolo's dream. C.C. is mysterious, but Rolo feels he has more insight into her than most people. Mostly because she was the first leader of the Geass Directorate, the place where Rolo was "created". While he doesn't remember much of the time she was there, he feels resentment towards her anyway. If not for creating the Cult, then for leaving it in V.V.'s hands. C.C. also restored Lelouch's true memories, essentially destroying the time when Rolo and Lelouch saw each other as true brothers and nothing else mattered. Rolo feels he can blame a good portion of why his life sucks on C.C. and does so.
The unfortunate part of all this is that since he grew up in V.V.'s presence, he knows what kind of capabilities C.C. has. He knows more about how Geass and Codes work than Lelouch does, and thus knows that C.C. is capable of eternal life or, if she chooses, passing on that curse to Lelouch. It's only because Lelouch explained that he dies does Rolo know that C.C. doesn't pass on her code. However, in Discedo, that possibility still exists. Especially now that Lelouch's Geass has evolved and C.C.'s chip is out.
But since C.C. is immortal and Lelouch's accomplice, Rolo cannot, in a sense, touch her. There is nothing he can do except harbor resentment against her and hope that Lelouch doesn't allow his Geass to evolve to the point of Code Acceptance.
Lately, she's left Lelouch's side and moved out of the apartment Rolo and Lelouch share. This pleases Rolo because the less he sees of the green-haired witch, the better he feels.
☠☠ Suzaku Kururugi - geassreceived:
Lelouch's knight and the man that Rolo once worked under as a spy for Britannia, Suzaku is someone Rolo greatly dislikes and distrusts. He had been in Discedo before and Suzaku's hostile behavior towards Rolo gave the younger teen a desire to dispose of Suzaku if the chance every arose. However, Lelouch strictly forbade Rolo from every harming or touching Suzaku.
The truth of the matter is that Lelouch perceives Suzaku as the only one with the right to either protect or harm Lelouch. Rolo hates this very concept simply because he wants to be the person that protects Lelouch. He doesn't understand any reason for Lelouch to trust the Japanese knight since it was Suzaku that betrayed Lelouch in the first place. And Rolo can't stand how close they are. Given the choice, Rolo would rather Suzaku had never arrived in Discedo as he proves to be just another obstacle in his path to become the person Lelouch trusts, loves, and relies on most.

Punched Lelouch after the Emperor had been heavily injured. Reason enough for Rolo to want to kill him. What's more, Sho has the habit of mocking Rolo, something the younger teen has begun to greatly resent.

Apparently someone Lelouch does not like at all. Rolo doesn't know much about him yet, but is keeping Lelouch's distrust in mind. After some time, as Rolo began to question certain things about romance and affection, Johnny offered to teach Rolo how to kiss. The question, both terrifying and embarrassing Rolo, has left him disliking the sky pirate for even asking it.
● Princess Azula - bends_lightning:
Someone foolish enough to underestimate the Lamperouge Brothers. Rolo thinks she's an idiot who is too over confident. He figures she'll get hers. Lelouch seems to think she's someone he can use for his benefit, which is the primary reason Rolo hasn't killed her yet.
● Yoshiya "Joshua" Kiryu - holyjesusbeams:
Apparently someone of interest to Lelouch, but Joshua insinuated negative things about the relationship between Rolo and Lelouch. Since Rolo doesn't like being reminded that Lelouch puts Nunnally before him, that Joshua referenced this pissed off Rolo.

A creeper. Rolo doesn't like her on principal. What's more, he gets the feeling she's hiding something behind that "sweet" personality.
