So, Rolo now has his chip out and this allows him to use his interesting power. This power is called Geass, but unlike Lelouch's, which allows Lelouch to give absolute and impossible to deny orders, Rolo's allows him to stop the perceived time of anyone within a radius of his choosing.
This basically means that he can freeze people in place. He tends to do this to either escape situations or to harm/kill others. And since this is a very godmode-y ability, consider this his permissions page.
Here's how it works:Also known as the Seal of Absolute Suspension, this ability, when activated by Rolo's will, suspends the time experienced by everyone within the radius of Rolo's choosing. Every person within the "bubble" is essentially frozen, incapable of moving, thinking, or even realizing they're under his power. They have no knowledge of what is going on while suspended and when the Geass fades, it seems as if nothing had happened within the time limit Rolo has his Geass activated.
To some, this might give the appearance that Rolo has the ability to disappear and reappear instantaneously. Its range is determined upon activation, and has no limit. Physical obstacles and electronic/steam equipment do not hinder its activation, nor does it require eye contact (like is required of Lelouch's Geass). It should also be noted that Rolo's Geass still follows the laws of physics. Rolo cannot stop moving objects like projectiles or things like electronics.
When active, the pinkish-red Geass sigil lights up in Rolo's right eye and projects a red sphere around his body that is not seen to outsiders.
EXAMPLES OF ROLO'S GEASS IN USE:
→ Rolo shanks the Player Character in the video game Lost Colors
→ Lelouch confronts Rolo only to have the tables turned.
→ Rolo goes BAMF on the Black Knights and the Britannian Military SPOILER WARNING
→ Possible extent of Rolo's Geass Yes, that's almost the entire Ashford Academy.
There are exceptions to those affected by Rolo's Geass. These people tend to be one of the following:
→ Immortals / Those that don't live in the "normal" stream of time [ C.C., Yuuko, Joshua ]
→ Super Humans / Altered Beings [ Sephiroth, Kadaj, Sho Minamimoto, Rika Furude ]
→ Undead People [ Undead Vampires (not the TRC kind), Zombies, Shinigami ]
→ Electronic based / Robots / A.I.s
HOWEVER: If any of the above still have their chips in, they'll still be affected.
