This Is Customer Service!
Just after Origins I ordered a couple of Den of Evil Master Maze sets from Dwarven Forge. After fifteen days the set still hadn't arrived so last night I checked my confirmation email and the website and verified: Yes, I had been charged, yes, they acknowledged payment, and also looked to see if there had been a ship date. There wasn't.
So I sent the company an email to find out what was up. This morning I received a prompt reply. They are sending me an extra $89 set to go with the first two I ordered. Super cool because now I'll have all three Den of Evil Sets. Of course since I selected the most basic (read slow) method of shipping I'll be waiting a while before seeing it.
Actually. No. I won't.
I just checked my email and my shipping confirmation was in my inbox. According to the tracking info my sets will be at my door tomorrow. I'm stoked, these guys are not only giving me an extra set they also upgraded my shipping so I'll have it on my gaming table this weekend. Awesome!
I'll definitely do business with these guys again, when the budget permits.
