So, Home and Journal are two different places.  Who knew?  Certainly not me.

I found the LJ Tutorial on my Journal page.  Now, if I can just figure out the "Under the Cut" thing, maybe I can start posting.

Sorry about the lack of imagination here.  I'm still trying to figure this LJ stuff out.  I want to get rid of all the stuff that's not me on the page, but can't figure out how to do it and the style I picked isn't showing up.  Is there an LJ for Dummies out there?
