WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!!!
I was looking back at my journal and reading my entries and I realized something... I am one funny cat! I know it makes me sound hella conceited, but I am pretty funny online! I'm not sure if I'm like that in real life... I'd like to think I am... but I was laughing at what I wrote and I rarely think myself amusing. I tend to make really dumb jokes in person and I tell pretty bad stories, cuz I never think what I'm saying is funny. But online, I don't hold back! I'm AWESOME!!! :D
I love writing because it makes me seem funnier and more intelligent than I really am. My vocabulary is pretty skizzilled, if I do say so myself. But the thing about knowing big words and saying them... it makes you sound awkward of you suddenly spout this huge word and people are like "...WTF?!" But people seem more forgiving if you use your big words in writing. They don't think you so much a freak for writing big words than they would if you busted these bitches out in normal conversation. Which... I don't quite understand and someone will need to explain to me one day, but that's just what I've noticed.
And it has been officially decided by a council of elders who rule over the universe, and have done so for about seven gabillion years, that I have the coolest mom ever. They cite the following reasons:
1) She got her nose pierced with Sara and paid for both. She will be getting a dragonfly stud to put in hers as soon as it comes in at Spider Bite.
2) She is helping Sara defy authority ( ie. her father) by taking her to get a tattoo in Massachusetts over Christmas vacation. She will be paying for it and supervising just in case the guy is a little sketchy... which Sara is eternally grateful for because Sara seems to be a sketchy magnet! Not rad at all!!! *pout*
3) She is letting Sara get her eyebrow pierced... TWICE!!!
4) She paid for and played taxi to an AFI concert in Rhode Island... nuff said.
5) She will be helping Sara in he paying for of her other tattoo (her wings) in February. For which she is pulling Sara out of school early and not going to Spider Bite because they suck...
6) She is allowing Sara to go to college all the way across the country if she gets accepted... nuff said.
7) She called Sara, from the hospital, at 6:30 on the morning of November 20 to sing her Happy Birthday... not to her... but to DAVEY HAVOK!!! Sara giggled profusely and told her mother that she was AMAZING!!! Which she totally is!
8) She is trying to expose all her friends and coworkers to TEH SEXX that is AFI because she wants other people to know what her daughter knows: AFI will one day take over the world and she wants people to be prepared for their hella rad reign.
9) She is going to be getting a tattoo one day and she might even be getting a matching tattoo with her daughters.
10) She is trying her best to be accepting of this new lifestyle Sara has adopted and doing amazingly!
11) She has a teddy bear that she decorates differently for every month of the year. It is adorable, you should see it!
12) She goes all out for decorating the house for Hallowe'en and Christmas. She gets all crazy and stuff... but it is highly amusing and makes people feel all warm and fuzzy inside! :D
13) She collects oodles and oodles of teddy bears... they're all over... it's crizazy... BUT AWESOME!!!
14) She quilts quilts.
15) She sews clothes.
16) She draws.
17) She has an awesome sense of decorating style... hell, an awesome sense of everything style!
18) She is BEAUTIFUL!!!
19) She is gracious.
20) She is strong.
21) She is funny as fuck!!! :D
22) She knows her boundaries and limits.
23) She knows when it is appropriate to say "No."
24) She knows when it is appropriate to say "Yes."
25) She loves her daughters unconditionally.
And that's only making a dent in the list!!! They sent it to us a few weeks ago, and you remember he scene in The Santa Clause when Tim Allen gets the list of children across the face of the planet? How many boxes there were? Yah, it was kinda like that... TIMES TEN!!! My Mom is the shit and if you try to deny it, I will fight you!!! To the death!!!
