so, i'm just sitting here...listening to the nightmare before christmas, and i thought, i should create a new aim screenname...
...i mean, i am no longer a band dork...i used to be...but i find that there are different degrees to being a band dork, and i cannot find myself in any of the classifications
but i was talking to allison about it today and i told her, i don't want to do marching band, but i'll do it anyways, because with matt, brandon, and kristine gone, someone is going to have to stay to lead the section...and that someone is me...i did the math the other day...we are going to be lucky if there is 10 trombones next year...lucky
i don't even know what to say to that, except that any 8th grade trombone that feels like doing marching band will gladly be accepted.

speaking of band, symphonic band performs at festival tonight...i know we'll get a one...because, we're symphonic band...
for the first time in 4 years, i did not get in trouble after conferences
