So this week is the start of me having an actual full time job. Working as close to 40 hours a week as possible. Should be interesting. I've worked 3 jobs at once before, so this shouldn't be difficult. But I haven't done it in a while and I'm used to going to bed between 1 and 2am. That won't be happening anymore because I have to be to work by 7am. I guess it's time to get an actual "working" life. It's something I have to get used to eventually if I want to run my own dog business. I'll be working Mondays and Fridays in the kennels, cleaning kennels, walking and bathing dogs that sort of thing. As of right now I'll be working Tuesday-Thursday grooming, but this week I'm grooming Thursday and Friday so he can see how I groom and decide if he wants another groomer or not. I'd get the same pay as at Doggy Daycare for grooming hours, just commission (50% of each dog). Either way I don't mind because they're starting me out on the higher end of hourly wages for kennel assistant. So I can do either grooming or kennel work no problem. I just hope I can please the owner, he seems very picky. But everyone seems really nice and I'm excited... just slightly nervous too.
I don't plan to write anything else. If this post doesn't make sense it's because I had to go to the allergist at 7:45am to get lots of benadryl pumped into me to see if I'm allergic to it (I'm not thank goodness, it's what I use if I accidentally eat something with egg in it). I generally take 1 pill of benadryl if I need it, but they had me take at least twice that, maybe more I'm not sure how cc's compare to the pill in dosage. But needless to say, I'm about to pass out right now, so I'm not going to fight it any longer and just go sleep. haha. Have a nice Tuesday!
