"So how do you three... you know?"
Maggie honestly hadn't expected three such diverse answers, blushing herself at the question, but too curious not to ask. The simultaneous replies left her grinning broadly.
Eliot had frowned for a minute before answering. "Live together without killing each other?"
Nate had blushed deeply. "I don't know what you mean," he'd replied stiffly.
Sophie had reached out and caught up her hand like she'd been waiting for a girlfriend to be able to share this with for months. "Oh God, you wouldn't believe…"
They'd all hesitated, glancing at each other as they stopped talking over one another, then laughing easily. Sophie patted Maggie's hand gently and sat back. "Maybe we'll talk about this somewhere a bit quieter," she smiled.
Both the men were blushing when the two girls hurried off together, sniggering under their breath.
"I'm gonna go…" Eliot pointed vaguely. "Need to start packing."
"Yes." Nate nodded, offering a wry smile. "I think I need a drink."
