The new Elvis?
Adam has had some recent comparisons to Elvis.
Adam Lambert fans are quite familiar with the comparisons to Elvis Presley, and now there is a whole new photo comparison of the two. While these two pictures were obviously selected to show off the resemblance, it is still uncanny to see the two side by side in such a way. (Adam's was taken during his performance at the Borgota Spa & Resort at Atlantic City.)
The Adam - Elvis comparisons began for many over a year ago, but it took on new life when Adam was a mentor during "Elvis Week" of "American Idol". Both performers have a knack for theatricality, a signature style, and also know how to work a crowd.
A Japanese talk show declared Adam the "new Elvis" earlier this year, and some of his more controversial performances have drawn reactions similar to what Elvis received back in the 1950s.
