I don't know how many of y'all cook, but I've got a recipe to share. I'm enjoying cooking more than I used to and enjoy watching the Food Network, especially when Tyler Florence and the other cute chefs are on. *g*
Lisa's Peanut Butter Fudge
1 bag of Reese's peanut butter chips
1 can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Dash salt
In a heavy saucepan, melt all ingredients over low heat. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon. Yes, your arm will get tired. Continue heating until chips melt and mixture looks similar to peanut butter. Remove from heat and spread into 8X8 square pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and keep in the fridge on a plate covered with plastic wrap. This makes them easier to grab when you're looking for something to eat. *g*
