(no subject)
This'll be a real quick post, since I have to be out the door in 15 mins. I didn't post yesterday because during the day I was super busy--didn't even check twitter once!--and then in the evening I was doing my best impersonation of a tv-watching zombie and forgot.
Took the night entirely off yesterday. No work of any sort. It was nice. Oh! and we did some grocery shopping and Earl Grey tea was on sale. It doesn't take much to make me happy, really.
Today I slept waaaaay in. I blame Gus, since he decided to come snuggle with me and he was so warm and cute and purry and cuddley I just couldn't get up. It is actually very difficult to disentangle myself: he sticks one paw under my head and through my hair, the other on top of my shoulder, and then rests his head and chest on my neck, tucked under my chin. (It's also a little hard to breathe...) But it is a very nice way to start the day. :)
Also, all that nice weather I was talking about last post? Not so much. Yesterday was gross: overcast, off and on throughout the day rain/hail/freezing rain/snow or any combination thereof. Today we woke up to a winter wonderland, and it's snowing on and off. When it's not snowing, it's gorgeous today too: bright and brilliant. When it is snowing, it varies between gentle snow and dark, windy snow squalls. Hoping it'll either be clear or light snow for the next half hour or so, since I have to walk to campus.
March in Ontario. Hardly ever the same two days in a row, and all anyone ever talks about is the weather.
